Nardone Automotive will deliver its first batch of Porsche 928 Restomods by 2024

Over the years, Porsche has cultivated a distinct recognition for performance, luxury and aesthetics. In fact, the gearheads already have an image of what a vehicle from the German brand usually looks like. However, the 928 is a silhouette that may shock those seeing it for the first time. Nevertheless, he is the donor of Nardone Automotive’s first project.

This build is one of many amazing machines that debuted at Milan Design Week. In fact, we just featured one from Radikal Chopper called Magnifica – a custom, hand-built BMW R 18. What the French outfit chooses to work with, however, is what many consider a strange but unique entry into the legendary Porsche. line up.

Nardone Automotive takes a Porsche 928 and turns it into a bespoke grand tourer. The team introduces modern upgrades such as carbon fiber bodywork. Almost everything is now in the lightweight composite material. They also slide on a set of 18-inch rims with Michelin Pilot Sport 5 tires.

Under the hood is a classic naturally aspirated V8 tuned to produce around 400bhp thanks to a modern ECU. Nardone Automotive pairs it with a six-speed gearbox with a limited-slip differential conversion. The 928 benefits from a redesigned front and rear axle and an electronically controlled active suspension.

The electric power steering even boasts variable action based on your speed. Nardone Automotive also revamps the interior with Alcantara and Foglizzo leather upholstery. A Porsche Classic Management System steps in for its infotainment functions alongside a high-end Hi-Fi system. Interested buyers can expect deliveries of their 928 in 2024.
