Bobby Maxime, UFC veteran, fitness personality and author of Men’s Health Maximus Body delivered, hosted the last session. Maximus makes a point of training without equipment even when he has a well-stocked gym. So creating an accessible session for guys stuck at home without access to the equipment fits his training style perfectly.

With summer vacations and vacations on the horizon, Maximus wanted to show off a workout that can serve as a solid routine when you’re busy and away from your typical gym setup that won’t tire you out in the morning either. point that you ruin your entire recreation plan.

“If you’re on vacation, you absolutely don’t destroy yourself, so there’s nothing you can do for the rest of the day,” he says. “You can’t wake up at 6 am or 7 am and exercise and put yourself in a coma for the rest of the day and be done.” Instead, Maximus says your vacation workout should “tick the box” to help you maintain your fitness.

Men’s health

This particular setup will crush your lower body with squats, lunges, and split jumps, but you can also mix exercises in the same format. Try an up-down split, or if you have access to a pull-up bar, a push-pull session. Whatever you decide, just move on.
